The sad thing is that this kind of thing happens in third world countries all the time....

Either that is the single stupidest thing the workers have ever attempted, or its the single most brillant strategy ever. Can you imagine the possibility of those homing missiles 'floating' toward some random mooks?

They actually did build it though it cost them they're life. The Harbor even went through the trees and then into the river.

But yeah I could imagine that. :D
