There should be a thread at the beginning of the Index page, saying "Boosterpack", just go in there. Then go to "Boosterpack 1.4", and there should be different language versions, pick the U.S. one. The instructions should be there. ;D Unless you prefer a different language of course. You can join the site now, so you can get ready to install everything, if you want.
